Herbally Yours, Inc. strongly believes that quality control is a prerequisite to any quality product in the nutritional industry. Now that we are NSF cGMP certified, you can be confident that quality is our primary concern, and that this certification is in every drop of product.

Quality Control starts early, long before we begin manufacturing. During the initial product development phase we source and qualify many of our suppliers for the purest quality raw materials, comparing their product to independent testing, assuring you, our customer that your product will be made using the highest quality ingredients. Analysis done by FTIR and HPLC in house verify independent testing. All this done to ensure label claim.

After each raw material arrives to our facility they are placed in quarantine, until all necessary testing is completed, including visiual inspections, FTIR, microbial, and purity. Analysis, to assure each raw material complies with specification, and is consistant as the sample used in formulating.

Once approved, the raw materials are released to be used in manufacturing immediately or to be stored properly in our temperature controlled facility. All packaging material, and anything which could come into contact with the product (bottles, caps, etc.) undergo a similar procedure.

After the manufacturing area is inspected for cleanliness, proper machine operation, etc., manufacturing can begin with a new set of guidelines/SOP's enforced via QC.

Employees are well trained and familiar to all aspects of our QC/QA and SOP's. Random samples are taken during each step of manufacturing from the weighing area to the final packaging.

Each sample is tested in our in-house laboratory , pre filling, and then sent for independent testing.

Our commitment to quality and your satisfaction does not stop there. Samples of the final product are stored in a well guarded, locked area, for later testing. All samples are stored to the expiration date and available for our customers upon request. This will give our customers and their consumers, peace of mind that all products meet and exceed industry standards.
