Step into our front door and notice a refreshing and welcoming environment waiting to walk you step by step through our world of manufacturing.

Step through our production door, and first you will notice, and comment like most people do, that our facility looks like a hospital, we want you to feel like you can eat off the floors. Cleanliness is the first step of our manufacturing and this is upheld on a continuous basis 16 hours per day. Walking down the west corridor, on the left, you will find our powder/encapsulation area where we blend all of our powders, encapsulate, polish, and fill. On the far right is our liquid/skin care production area, this is our wet room where we manufacture all our liquids, creams, lotions, and gels. You will notice our water filtration system beginning with carbon filters, passing through a UV light, and finally via a 0.2 micron filter. Our floors are epoxy coated, and the drainage system designed to the specifically for our application.

On the immediate right, is our packaging area where we label and package to our customers specifications just about any type of bottle, jar, can, tube, etc… Walking down the east corridor you will first you will find our label storage room, full of locked cabinets and weekly updated inventory sheets which we keep under tight control allowing access to only one qualified person. Next to this room is our laboratory where we formulate and do in house testing.

Walking down the north corridor, there are two entries into our warehouse.The east wing of the warehouse starts with our finished product quarantine, which contains at least 3 retain samples of each product and each lot number we have manufactured that is within expiration. Then we have our bottle/drum storage area following an inventory sku scanning system updated at the end of every day. The west wing of our warehouse is our receiving area also including our raw material quarantine cage. Here products received await testing approval before being weighed for production. The south wing of our warehouse is the shipping area where pallets are prepared and awaiting shipment on the doc’s.
