Charity Involvement

Giving back to charities is incredibly important to everyone here at Herbally Yours. Regardless of the cause, we pour our hearts into supporting a variety of initiatives throughout the year and are inspired by our friends and clients who do the same!

For us, having social accountability is also as important as being environmentally responsible. For over 20 years, we have agreed that supporting non-profit organizations is an important part of our company’s culture.  We bike, run, walk, swim and consistently fund raise for deserving organizations in the community and we love that ‘giving back’ is part of our workday, every day.

Charities we support

Vitamin Angels

Vitamin Angels’ mission is to mobilize and deploy private sector resources to advance availability, access and use of micronutrients, especially vitamin A, by newborns, infants and children in need.

Vitamin Angels reduces child mortality worldwide by connecting essential micronutrients, especially vitamin A, with infants and children under five. Essential micronutrients enable young immune systems to fight infectious diseases, helping children attain good health and the opportunity to lead meaningful and productive lives.

Midwest Food Bank

Midwest Food Bank is structured to provide service opportunities and operate through the work of volunteers. Our volunteers are more than our hands and feet; they are fundamental to the success of our organization. They collect, sort, pack, and distribute food and disaster relief donations, and remind us every day that our mission could not be achieved without them.

More than 32,018 volunteers put in over 309,000 hours of service in 2019, the equivalent of over 154 full-time employees. The service of these dedicated volunteers allows Midwest Food Bank to operate efficiently. They gain the unique perspective that worldwide hunger is prevalent and their efforts can make a difference.

Feed My Starving Children

A Christian non-profit, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) has tackled world hunger since 1987 by sending volunteer-packed, nutritious meals to 70 countries. These meals are specifically designed to reverse and prevent malnutrition and are used in schools, orphanages, clinics and feeding programs to break the cycle of poverty. In 2014, FMSC welcomed nearly 900,000 volunteers to pack more than 229 million meals through its permanent sites and nationwide MobilePack program.

Habitat for Humanity - Central Arizona

Serving Central Arizona since 1985, Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona (Habitat), an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, is an independent, locally run, nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization. We work in partnership with low-income families, volunteers and sponsors to build, renovate and repair homes.

The Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona affiliate is one of the most active of the Habitat affiliates and is consistently listed in the top ten among the nearly 1,600 Habitat for Humanity affiliates in the United States.

Since our inception we have built or renovated more than 1100 homes throughout Maricopa County and Parts of Pinal County. These qualifying families pay for their homes through sweat-equity hours and no-profit loans.

Ryan House

Designed to deliver multiple adaptive modes of on-site care, Ryan House embraces all children and their families as they navigate life-limiting or end-of-life journeys. Here, we are realizing both the philosophy and the practice of pediatric palliative care. We are the only organization of our kind in the Southwest, and one of two in the country. Our services are provided at no cost to families.
